All prices are in U.S. dollars and payment is required at the time of order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify — we do not store your credit card information.

Our products are custom-made prints created just for you. All orders require accurate information (names, dates, etc.) — we are not responsible for typos or mistakes after an order is approved. Due to the personalized nature of our prints, all sales are final unless an item is damaged in transit or contains a defect.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We use a third party to print, frame, package and ship our products. If they made a mistake or the print contains a defect, we will work with them to provide you a replacement at no additional cost.

We will do our best to fulfill and ship your order promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

When you submit names, dates, photos, or other personal details to ModernMemoir, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to create your custom print. You must have the legal right to use any image or text you submit.
